Mondelez India Foods Private Limited is a part of the 35billion dollar Mondelēz International group of companies and is in the business of creating delicious moments of joy – by producing delectable chocolate confectionaries, gum and candy products, and popular beverages and foods that include many of India's most popular and trusted food brands.

The Solution:

In late 2010 Mondelez (formerly known as Cadbury’s India) approached Diadeis India for challenges in managing design on printing press given the complexity involved of different printing process and number of printers that need to be managed across India.
We agreed to do a pilot project for launch of Bourneville which were planning to bring 5 different flavors. Diadeis studied the designs and the printer capability and assisted Mondelez to bring color consistency and harmonization on 5 flavors being launched and also save costs during the process by rationalizing on common design elements and cylinder making.

The result:

The pilot project was well appreciated within Mondelez India Brand Team, Procurement Team, Packaging Development team and with leadership teams.  We continued to manage further more launches for Mondelez for brands like Tang, 5-Star, Cadbury’s range of chocolates and agreed with initial 2 year contract to manage complete graphic supply chain within Mondelez.
Dedicated On-Site Project team is deployed at Mondelez head-office in Mumbai to work with each brand team for all their innovations and promotional packaging to manage design to artwork to color locks and get the same right on press.
Today Mondelez India is our leading client and we had opportunity to work with other locations within Asia on project basis for new launch or challenging assignments from time to time.
Our services like Artwork Preparation, Color Management, Mock-up’s for packaging and consumer research and advertisement shoots are part of requisites in project planning within Mondelez India and we are proud to be brand custodian for these popular brands across every continent.
With over 5 years of our association with Mondelez, we manage all their brands across all categories within and play an important role to bring the new brands to shelf and manage extensions and promotions of current brands to retain and grow their market share in the country.
